This type of visit will occur Monday– Friday between 11 am and 2 pm and is designed for dog walking and midday meals/potty breaks for youngsters and old timers. This service is very beneficial to pets whose owners are unable to perform midday care tasks due to work schedules.  Of course, A Dog’s Life must have client’s key on file for daily visits.

How often does your puppy need a break? The average puppy should not be left alone more than 4 hours. A puppy left alone for longer periods of time, or frequently, will develop personality problems or annoying habits which can become severe (more pets are put to sleep for behavior problems than for other reasons!) Some other pets can go 8, 10, or even 12 hours without a potty break. However, most pets will be susceptible to urinary tract infections, separation anxiety, excessive chewing (on self & home), frequent barking, "dirty puppy" syndrome (thinking it is 'ok' to go inside the home), and other problems when left alone for long periods of time.

Regular Visit                   Minimum 20-30 Minutes                                      $15.00

We will walk your dog, give them fresh water and even feed them. We will probably even play fetch with them. This is a excellent way to prevent destruction to your home, that may be caused from separation anxiety.

 

Value Visit                       Minimum 10-15 Minutes                                      $13.00

This visit works well for dogs who need a quick walk or let out. Another great use for this service is for puppies who are house training or for pets who need medication.

 

A Dog's Life reserves the right to shorten walks due to inclement weather.  We will make sure dogs have enough time outside to what they need to do, then we will continue the visit inside with playtime, drying off, etc...
